Head - Talent Acquisition - FMCG/Manufacturing/Industrial/Engineering

We are seeking Head - TA for our client a Top MNC, role is based in Bangalore .

Details of the role are below:

Exp:10-12 yrs (slightly flexible)

Education:Full time of MBA from a reputed institute

Location: Bangalore

Experience in TA should be with a good mix (shared services, Manufacturing & Engineering ) Campus Hiring and relationships at pan India level with exposure to International hiring.

Team size of 4-6

1. Heading the Talent Acquisition Pan India.

2. Coordinate with respective Functional and Business heads to define recruitment requirements, job specifications, interview processes.

3. Very competent in Campus relations, branding and hiring

4. Consistently implement disciplined recruitment processes and procedures.

5. Should have experience working in a Matrix environment and managing MULTIPLE stakeholders

6. Ensure all new hiring requisition receive formal approval as required, position descriptions are accurate, positions properly graded by compensation.

7. Looking for candidate who has managed TA/Recruitment for Manufacturing, Engineering and Shared Services

8. Should have experience in Strategic Recruitment at both Pan India or Global level

9. Excellent Communication

10. A Full time MBA from a premier institute.

11. Strong inclination towards process orientation
