Head - Talent Acquisition - FMCG/Consumer Durables

- Lead TA COE & set up class leading process, teams, tools in creating a footprint of an Employer Brand

- HR transformation to refresh/setup Talent Acquisition COE at XXXX

- Lead India Strategic priority to scale up Quality of Hiring across key talent groups like Marketing, Retail, ECommerce

- Create a talent map for all key roles & function groups to understand the landscape and become proactive in identifying External Talent

- Lead, build and drive digital best practices within the talent gamut in India

- Identify and execute alternate recruitment models for retail and owner experience functions

- Adopt Global Talent Acquisition policy of XXXX to lead Diversity & Inclusion in the India market

- Keep the India Leadership abreast with the hiring plans and strategies for the ongoing remit

- Work closely with the APAC team on developing the EVP for India market. Promoting and engaging internal and external talent for creating brand awareness in the country
