Dominic Lewis Pvt. Ltd. has been mandated to hire for the position of Head of Talent Acquisition for our Mumbai location.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to fulfill the company's staffing needs.

- Lead recruitment initiatives including drives, campus hiring, diversity hiring, and bulk hiring.

- Conduct market research to identify talent trends, competitor analysis, and recruitment best practices.

- Analyze hiring metrics to optimize recruitment efforts and enhance the candidate experience.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast future talent needs and develop proactive hiring plans.

- Identify new talent sources and establish relationships with external partners.

- Provide leadership and guidance to the talent acquisition team, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

- Stay updated on industry trends and employment regulations to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

- MBA with specialization in Human Resources or relevant field.

- Minimum 10 years of talent acquisition experience, with a focus on strategic planning and market research.

- Proven success in driving diversity hiring, bulk hiring, and campus recruitment initiatives.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret recruitment data.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Prior experience in construction or construction based industries preferred.

- Leadership experience and ability to motivate and develop teams.

- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
