About Company:

Our client is a very large and a diversified group into Consumer Durable Industry.

Job description :

The position is a part of Leadership Team and reports directly to the CHRO. The main KRAs would include:

1. Implementing Talent acquisition strategies to manage high volume hirings across all levels and businesses.

2. Oversee end-to-end recruitment & onboarding of candidates for all support functions and manufacturing units, as well as all business verticals.

3. Develop innovative and scalable sourcing strategies to meet hiring targets in line with business requirements.

4. Explore various talent sourcing tools including internal job posting, employee referral programs, company webpage, recruitment portals, campus placements and recruitment consultants.

5. Source and onboard the right recruitment partners by evaluating their performance, cost competitiveness and credentials.

6. Work with different functions to ensure position-specific job description and specifications are up to date and reflect market realities.

7. Negotiate & make offers based on inputs from HRBPs and the Compensation & Benefits Team.

8. Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates and share their details with respective stakeholders, for further actions.

9. Review recruitment and onboarding related strategies, policies, dependencies, processes and systems, and collect and monitor critical metrics to make improvements and deliver superior candidate and stakeholder experience.

10. Work on creating a compelling employer brand for attracting talent (social media platforms like FB, Naukri, LinkedIn, Glassdoor).

Preferred candidate profile:

- An ideal candidate would be a Management Graduate with 14 -18 years of experience in Talent acquisition with hands-on exposure to Volume hiring in the Durable/FMCG/Pharmaceutical Industry.

- Should be capable of driving numbers and stakeholder management across businesses.
