- Finalisation of manpower planning numbers, sourcing & selection mechanism and robust regional on-boarding.
- Manpower Planning, Budgeting, Monitoring, Cost control and optimization
- Sales Team engagement through in-house online employee engagement survey through survey monkey ensuring timely roll out and ensure actionable plans are agreed basis results and impact scores.
