Job Description:
As the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will play a vital role in shaping our organization's success by developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract, assess, and hire top-notch professionals. Leading a team of recruiters, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to fulfill our talent needs and drive our company's growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company's hiring goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure their success and professional development.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements, define job criteria, and create effective recruitment plans.
- Utilize diverse sourcing channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and industry events, to attract a wide range of qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume screening, interviews, and reference checks, to identify the most suitable candidates for each position.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external recruiting agencies and vendors, leveraging their expertise and resources as necessary.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, continuously refining recruitment processes and strategies.
- Develop and nurture a compelling employer brand to attract top talent and position our company as an employer of choice.
- Collaborate closely with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, supporting their integration into the company culture.
- Provide regular reports and metrics on recruitment activities, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hires, to senior management.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Head of Talent Acquisition, Talent Acquisition Manager, or in a similar leadership role, preferably within a mid-sized product company or technology-focused organization.
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and proficiency in various sourcing techniques.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the building of relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, juggling multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software tools.
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to think creatively and devise innovative talent acquisition strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, leveraging data to drive informed decision-making.
- Passion for staying updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
