1) Talent Acquisition/Cost effective measures of recruiting the right fit
2) Talent Management /Creating future leaders through Aspirations Management /Succession Planning
3) Achieving success through competencies, identifying emerging roles/acquisition plan
4) Crafting Standard Operating Procedures for Talent Acquisition, Employee Orientation, Separation/ to ensure standard implementation.
5) Start innovative strategies to meet the recruitment plan.Employee Orientation Prog,Annual Employee Engagement calender
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG - MBA/PGDM - HR/Industrial Relations
Should have good exposure in recruiting for Engineering and Information Technology services.
