Head Talent Acquisition (Must have startup experience)

- We are currently looking to hire Head Talent Acquisition for a leading edutech company in Noida. Incumbent will be responsible to ramp up the hiring at the company.

- Will be leading a team of 10-15 people. Role will be reposting to Head HR. Will be responsible to do leadership hiring independently.

- Need to hire 100-200 employees every month which will be the mix of Sales, Business folks along with Sr management and mid management team.

- We are looking people specifically from Startup's who has done scaling up of the organization. looking for someone with 8-15 years of TA experience into startups.

- Should have good exposure to non tech hirings
