Talent Acquisition Head


- The chief role of the Lead - Talent Acquisition (Engineering) is to deliver on all the talent acquisition and manpower planning needs.

- Reporting To: Talent Acquisition- Head Experience : 8-14 years

- Team Size: 4-5 direct

Key Responsibilities :

- Expert in hiring Data scientists from top notch companies with a premium institution background.

- Expert in hiring ERL (Education research Lab - computer vision, NLP skills).

- Expert in Mid to leadership engineering hiring (Eg. Engineering Manager, Principal Engineer, Architect, SDE-3, Director, VP, Head of Devops etc.)

- Organizing and conducting recruitment campaigns for regular junior level mass hiring to senior level staffing needs .

- Developing and retaining a diverse talent acquisition team.

- Creation and standardization of sustainable processes related to recruitment and onboarding.

- Ensuring process adherence in recruitment.

- Ensure retention of employees for the first few weeks of joining.

- Liaising with internal departments to resolve any issues and managing stakeholders.

- Ensuring data hygiene - capturing of employee personal and service details accurately in ERP.

- Creation and circulation of reports/dashboards for the consumption of top management.

- Anticipating the organization's future and working with senior executives to advise on recruiting tactics that will help to sustain the company's success.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Excellent people management and communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and team-members including top management.

- Excellent analytical skills

- Track record in building and scaling large teams and organizations, especially start-ups

- High process orientation with a focus on strengthening data analytics-driven decision-making

- Flair for engaging with people and developing relationships and ability to work in diverse teams

- Willingness to learn, self-motivated and capable of handling unstructured work scenarios
