We have an urgent opening for Head Talent Aquisition with a leading edtech company in Bangalore and Mumbai. Please apply immediately if interested.

JD:

- You will be expected to drive recruitment activities for tech and non-tech hiring across the organization. You will drive all initiaitves with cross functional teams to supporting the organization with driving its vision.

Location: Bangalore/Mumbai

Reporting to: Associate Director, GTA

Team Reporting: 3 people at AM Level

Job Responsibilities:

Hiring strategy:

- Own all technology hiring targets for the year for the team

- Driving processes for roles assigned, right from requisition stage till onboarding stage

- Co-create hiring strategy along with the Global Talent Acquisition Head for Tech hiring

- Being active on social media forums and creating visibility for the brand

Team management:

- Manage a team of 3 recruiters

- Identify what learning & development needs for team members through 1:1 meetings

- Conducting performance evaluation discussions for each team member

Stakeholder management:

- Create visibility with stakeholders

- Build rapport and working relationship with the stakeholders to manage their expectations

- Be a talent advsior for Leadership group and drive special initiatives

- Keep abreast of the industry trends and update the team

Operations management:

- Identifying bottlenecks in processes and tweaking them to reach quality deicisions

- Tracking all recruitment metrics like Turn around time (TATs), Sources, Quality of hiring, recruitment satisfaction survey etc.

- Achieving process excellence in all recruitment operations and ensuring seamless transfer of information from one stage to the other

Collaboration with teams:

- Work with cross-functional teams such as the employee branding team, marketing team and hiring manager focus group to ensuring that we deliver on expectations

- Support other recruitment teams with sharing ideas and participating in brainstorming sessions

- Participating in projects that would drive positive candidate and stakeholder experience

You fit the bill if you have

1. Atleast 5 years of experience into hiring for technology roles

2. Atleast 2 years of managing a team of recruiters

3. Prior experience of hiring across geographies would be preferred

4. Expertise of recruiting through various sources and not limited to LinkedIn, Naukri and Indeed

5. Ability to lead, direct and work with different stakeholders and projects at a given point of time

6. Aggresion to achieving targets for self and the team

7. Self-motivated and has the aptitude to motivate the team with instrinsic factors
