Head - Talent Acquisition - eCommerce

1. Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings

2. Strategizing and Leading all Talent development interventions for the organization which will include Talent Acquisition (both campus and lateral hiring)

3. Lead all sourcing strategies

4. Manage our external partnerships with colleges, job boards and vendors

5. Implement online and offline employer branding activities

6. Prepare and review our annual recruitment budget

7. Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews and communication)

8. Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans

9. Manage, train and evaluate our team of recruiters

10. Participate in and host recruitment events to drive awareness of our company

11. Develop a network of potential future hires (e.g. past applicants and referred candidates)

12. Measure key recruitment metrics, like source of hire and time-to-hire

Experience/Skill : 

- Should have 10 years+ of experience in Talent Acquisition

- Experience in managing a recruitment team with a strong understanding of talent acquisition

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners and candidates). Excellent in English. Hindi - essential

- Ability to be strategic and tactical when making decisions

- Interpersonal and motivational skills; you should be capable of building relationships across the organisation.

- Increasing talent sourcing within an organisation by improving direct hiring

- Analytical and capable of reading data and reports to assess complex information

- Influencing employees at all levels to support your decisions and proposed plans

- Female candidate will be preferred.

- MBA in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
