Job brief:

iMerit is looking for a Head-Talent Acquisition to design and apply strategies that will help us attract and hire right employees. You will be involved in day to day hiring process for Executives, Senior Management and Tech hiring. You would need to manage a team of recruiters and craft sourcing strategies for various roles, from entry-level to executive- level positions. You should be able to ensure an excellent candidate experience through the selection process while meeting our business goals and filling our vacancies. Also as required, you should be able to pull up your sleeves and dive into core recruiting for critical positions. Ultimately, you will build a strong employer brand for our company so that we can develop strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Responsibilities :

- Design and execute recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates

- Proactively identify and address hiring needs

- Actively drive volume hiring for specific skills as per business requirement

- Build and manage a team of recruiters across geography

- Work with key stakeholders at Leadership level and meet hiring goals

- Oversee and improve overall candidate experience

- Maintain talent pipelines with potential candidates

- Research and analyse market intelligence to make key hiring decisions

- Build structured framework for campus hiring and internship programs

- Create iMerit as a strong employer brand through participation in events and campus drives

- Research and recommend new sourcing tools and recruiting software

- Evaluate and refine sourcing and selection procedures

- Other related responsibilities.

Functional Requirements:

- Proven experience of managing talent acquisition at a managerial level for more than 5 years; overall experience 12+ years

- Experience in a Technology company / Tech hiring background is a must

- Stakeholder management across levels

- Experience in building and managing talent acquisition team (in person and remote)

- Specialized hiring experience for niche skill technologies, senior management and executive leadership hiring.

- Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing, interviewing and evaluation

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Experience of working in a Tech start-up / fast growing start-up will be an added advantage
