Our client is a leading non-banking financial company (NBFC), offering end-to-end lending and wealth management solutions to retail and wholesale customers.
Job Profile:
- Create talent acquisition strategy especially at Leadership levels and work closely with Business Leaders.
- Ensure hiring for contingent workforce and create plans for reskilling, automation & digital onboarding
- Setup efficient processes and compliances in line with business requirements.
- Ensure organization is delivering an exceptional recruitment experience to candidates and to the business
- Work with human capital business partners to forecast hiring requirements and adapt talent acquisition strategy as needed
- Drive innovative and creative talent strategies and initiatives to attract and hire a diverse work force in line with the wider D&I strategy
- Oversee TA from a broader perspective of governance and tech
Candidate profile:
- Experience of 10+ years. MBA/ Post Graduation in Human Resources
- Should be able to work in ambiguity, manage stakeholders.
- Strong Stakeholder management. Ability to challenge and influence to drive HR initiatives.
