Influence and drive sourcing strategies to support the hiring mandates 9. Proactively connect with top talent and build a strong talent pipeline for critical business functions and leadership positions 10. Utilize all conventional and non-conventional sourcing channels such as social-media, skill-specific websites, professional and social networking sites/groups, search engines and possible forums to locate both active and passive candidates; conduct resume mining and research for positions 11. Generate data-driven market insights, utilize data to continuously evolve the sourcing strategies 12. Drive diversity recruiting strategy and impact in support of broader team/Business Group/Company aspirations 13. Provide exceptional organization and project management skills, enabling the business to trust and have full confidence in your execution of their hiring plans 14. Act as the subject matter expert on recruiting markets, competitive trends, compensation, and other relevant areas 15. Proven, proactive sourcing background utilizing multiple avenues to develop and execute creative sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow as well as a pipeline for upcoming searches 16. Identify and research new innovative and creative sourcing methods through social media, direct sourcing, and alternative avenues 17. Ability to engage passive candidates and generate referrals and additional leads
