Role : Head - Talent Acquisition

Location - Bangalore

- Individual will be responsible for the Talent Acquisition Function for the Captive Unit of a Global MNC.

- Manage a Team & Build Strategy for Hiring for the Organisation.

- The Individual should have experience in managing hiring for Technology, KPO (Analytics) & BPO professionals at various levels.

- Prefer candidate with min 12+ yrs of experience in HR & Recruitment.

Education - MBA ( Preferred )
