Head Talent Acquisition & Campus Hiring

- Manages complete life cycle of recruitment (sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, facilitate offer process, post offer engagement).

- Will manage lateral, leadership & campus hiring.

- Hands on experience in recruitment across various IT Technologies.

- Expert level experience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the tax term (W2, 1099 & Crop to Crop)

- Experience using recruiting portals like Dice, Monster, CB and LinkedIn.

- Experience on hiring hourly, salaried and subcontracting candidates.

- Able to independently resolve complex projects, issues, challenges encountered.

- Coordinates with Business HR partners and Line managers till the position is closed.

- Operational role, responsible for delivering results that have direct impact on the achievement of results within the job area and may also impact a wider operational area.

- Capable of instructing professional or technical staff and reviewing the quality of the work undertaken by these roles.

- May lead/manage small teams for small projects.

- Capable of identifying key issues and priorities and focusing on these to deliver required results with minimal direction and supervision.

- Self-sufficient, capable of identifying key issues and priorities and focusing on these to deliver required results with minimal direction and supervision.

- Demonstrates a level of flexibility in resolving problems/issues that at least to in-depth command of all techniques, processes, tools and standards, within the relevant field of specialization.

- Able to identify problems and significantly improve, change or adapt existing methods and techniques.

- Drive and strengthen existing and new external relationships to increase brand awareness in the marketplace and attract talent to the organization

- Collaborate on the design and implementation of campus recruitment strategies, processes, policies and structure/format of programs

- Lead the selection and evaluation process of summer interns

- Scheduling with college fall/summer presentations and interviews

- Manage/coordinate all stages of the interview process for interns

- Manage summer events calendar - events/leadership speaker series

- Ensure a high level of service is provided both internally and externally to hiring managers and hiring partners.

Qualification And Experience:

1. Minimum of 12+ years of experience in talent acquisition in IT Recruitment & Campus Hiring.

2. Should have experience in Delivery, Client Interaction and Team Handling.

3. Should have very good experience in Permanent & Contract Staffing.

4. Must have hands experience of working and handling ATS & RMS.

5. Should have experience in managing team of recruiters

6. Experience/Knowledge in Recruitment Life Cycle from Sourcing to Selection.

7. Plan & execute the client deliverable.

8. Own the client requirements and delight the customer with quality & timely delivery.

9. Deliver on business & team targets and meet overall quality parameters.

10. Responsible for managing the team of IT Recruiters

11. Build a world class delivery excellence centre for superb execution.

12. Responsible for total teams- sourcing, screening and assessing profiles as per client requirements from various channels, mainly through references and social networking.

13. Guide & motivate the team to source profiles, screening them and engaging with the candidates.

14. Consistently maintain high shortlist to interview to select ratio.

15. Be hands on in above activities and contribute significantly to the total closures.

16. Should have excellent network in the industry and should be able to source profiles from non-conventional channels of recruitment.

17. Keep the team motivated for superior results.

18. Experience in handling multiple client's escalations/issues

19. Experience in Team Handling and Reporting.

20. Must have Hands on experience in Market research to generate new leads.

21. Focused more on Strategy planning and the targets.
