One of the leading company in Building Materials sector is looking for the role of Head - Talent
Acquisition to be based in west India.
Below are the specifications of the job :
Primary Responsibilities :
- Budgeting, planning and resourcing (across levels and locations for sales & non sales).
- Also handling leadership hiring.
- Talent Engagement and management - on-boarding, allocating the resources, manpower planning (movement of resources in different roles by identifying their skill & potential and retention of resources which have high potential).
- Realignment of organization structure for the corporate functions with the overall goal of the organization.
- Streamlining processes in recruitment like Employee Referral Policy, SOP, SLA and vendor's management, Developing Robust Employee requisition.
- Mapping of employees during restructuring of the organization, handling exit interviews.
