Job Description:
- To ensure -All speed matrices like Service Level and Overall Fulfilment for all hiring requirements across verticals
- Manage Cost Matrices across both Talent Acquisition lines - frontline and lateral hiring
- Own up talent quality projects, eg Infant Attrition Control
- Champion Digital Recruitment Marketing efforts
- Manage stakeholder satisfaction through timely delivery and proactive engagement governance
- To Pioneer campus/university hiring across all verticals
- Responsible for hiring - especially abled and diverse workforce
- Run quarterly improvement projects to show considerable improvements in special skills hiring
- Create and invest in Alternate channel development (non cost) that improves hiring speed
- Advocate and implement process modifications to achieve cost optimization
- Champion market mapping and strategic sourcing efforts
- Improve candidate experience as a natural outcome of efficient process management
Desired Experience : Around 14 -20 Years overall experience with a minimum of 5-8 Years in Talent Acquisition in ITES/BPM space.
