Responsibilities:
We are looking for our client a Talent Acquisition Head : Bangalore
- The head, Talent Acquisition leads the strategy and execution of talent acquisition delivery, primarily focused on experience-hire recruiting activities.
- This role reports to the Head HR and designs and implements talent acquisition solutions that help to enhance our client's competitive positioning in their respective area of business.
- The Head, Talent Acquisition oversees multiple talent acquisition delivery models aimed at supporting the competitive staffing needs while providing thought leadership and subject matter expertise. This role also leads the executive recruiting function for the Group.
Primary Responsibilities Include The Following:
- Design and execute talent acquisition strategies and solutions that are aligned with the business strategy and support both current and future workforce requirements.
- Construct and implement next-generation talent acquisition strategy and delivery models for optimizing bid and proposal efforts and fulfilling executive recruiting needs.
- Partner with leaders across Human Resources and the business to acquire external talent with the right skills at the right time, place and cost.
- Develop and execute project plans that support the completion of strategic and tactical talent acquisition initiatives. Identify and drive opportunities for operational enhancement in collaboration with other leaders.
- Be a driver and champion for innovation in talent acquisition and support and enable driving for results, learning agility, collaboration and engagement across the talent acquisition organization.
- Create meaningful mechanisms to measure impact, performance, value and return on investment for pre-award talent acquisition activities. Provide thought leadership on prioritization and trade-offs related to talent acquisition investments and help drive cost efficiencies.
Experience: 12 to 20 years
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree with MBA and 12 to 20 years of related experience including 5+ years in building and leading high-performing talent acquisition teams
- Demonstrated experience and capability in high-volume talent acquisition delivery and execution and in developing and implementing creative talent acquisition strategies and solutions. Past experience must indicate the ability to deliver talent acquisition services for a large and complex multi-billion dollar business.
- Sound judgment and ability to manage through complex disagreements, conflict and competing priorities to achieve resolution.
