Responsibilities :
- Be Accountable for managing the recruitment function end-to-end,
- Ensuring the numbers are met, within the parameters of time, cost & quality
- Drive strategy and implementation of manpower forecasting & management, sourcing strategy, vendor
management, candidate engagement processes, increasing quality of hires, competency hiring
- Assimilate data & information, create & use analytics to forecast demand, understand trends, map the market
& improve processes
- Manage senior level hiring & leadership hiring
- Build a strong system of organization mapping to keep a data base of relevant profiles handy
- Develop the entire recruitment framework to explore newer channels of sourcing to manage bulk recruitment at
staggered locations, at lower costs & better quality
- Build and Strengthen the market research, pipeline building activities, proactive engagement process with
active and passive candidate pool, consultants
- Manage relations with internal customers, partnering with them in workforce planning and execution of the Recruitment process.
