"Head TA" for our leading client in Pune Location.
Responsibilities for this position include :
- Partnering with the existing sourcing, recruiting, and recruiting operations teams, the broader HR team, and senior leaders to understand, refine, and communicate a compelling vision for talent acquisition at the company, set of concrete initiatives and metrics to realize it.
- Project/Process Management
- Provide guidance and support for developing and implementing cost effective recruiting strategies
- Strong exp of full-cycle recruiting and experience leading and managing a team of recruiters.
- Proven leadership with a vision and strategy for talent acquisition in a highly dynamic organization.
- Leads the development of the Talent Acquisition global staffing strategy.
- Creating and implementing creative sourcing strategies and plans for open requisitions and for building a continuous talent pipeline through referrals, social media campaigns, and the creation of networks.
- Creating and implementing processes, tools and training to enable HR and Hiring Managers to better define positions, screening and interviewing candidates, and making quality hiring decisions.
- Partnering with Talent Development to create and implement our College Recruiting Strategy.
Note : This person will be hiring across Asset Management, Technology, Business Services, Corporate Functions.
- Will Manage a team of approx. 15-18 employees.
