- Drive and Lead talent acquisition strategy for Urban / Rural business of the bank by working with Business heads & senior management stakeholders.
- Drive high numbers across all branches
- Continuously reduce cycle time of recruitment i.e. request for filling the vacancy to final induction of candidate
- Recommend changes to recruitment policies & processes based on experience and environmental stimulus.
- Drive automation of hiring processes to improve efficiency of operations
- Continuously identify potential sources and methods of sourcing
- Drive employee referral and internal job posting processes in line with manpower budgets
- Improve relations with campuses / institutions across nation for campus hiring
- Undertake benchmarking exercises to align recruitment practices with the best practices in the industry
- Promoting captive Job portal Phenom usage within the team to reduce time to fill positions
- Ensure the quality of candidates recruited according to the job descriptions i.e. fit to the skill, knowledge and attitude required to perform on the job
- Create, Review & own the Dashboard on all recruitment parameters and report to the CXO's on a weekly, monthly basis
Qualification:
- 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Preferred experience in BFSI sector / NBFC
- Good Vendor / Consultant Management Skills
- Good exposure on leadership hiring
