Job Description :
- Lead and manage recruiters to proactively identify, source and recruit candidates utilizing a variety of sources including, but not limited to, Internet postings and search, direct sourcing, employee and contact referrals, job fairs, research, alumni groups, networking and agencies.
- Hiring for Technology roles and new age roles like ( RPA, ML, Artificial intelligence etc )
- Interact and engage with members of the TA team to ensure that best practices are leveraged across all hiring in India and that processes are aligned to the maximum extent possible.
- Utilize Global TA expertise when developing programs and strategy for the region.
- Analyze historical hiring data and future hiring plans to identify the right sourcing models in India.
- Oversee the strategy and engagement of preferred agencies for critical hiring as part of the sourcing strategies.
