Head - Talent Acquisition - Bank

We are sourcing for candidates for Head Talent acquisition for a Bank in Chennai.

Responsibilities :

1. Experience in front line sales hiring.

2. He/she should have experience in having recruited liability sales profiles for banks in his/her overall experience.

3. Experience from reputed private sector banks is preferred. 

- The candidate should have experience in working with HTD Organizations, Government platforms like employment exchanges, institutes like ICICI Skills Academy, campuses etc to source and onboard such candidates in addition to sourcing and onboarding experience candidates (around 1-5 years- experience in sales of financial products - CASA, Investments; not loan products).
