Position Specifications:- Position : Talent Acquisition Location : Jaipur Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition - Examine the manpower requirements for the organization, looking at the business scenario and post discussion with functional heads and develop the manpower budget at the start of the year. - Ensuring the availability on talents within the defined timelines. - Working on diversity mandates. - Sourcing the CV's as per the JD, coordinating the various rounds of interviews. - Facilitate the post interview procedures such as carrying out salary negotiations, providing offer letter, getting the psychometric assessment the background verification done and appointment letter for freezing appointment for the candidates and supervise the planning for smooth handholding of post joining activities (induction, other formalities such as ensuring sitting place is assigned, getting employee number activated, telephone extension, assist in relocation if required etc.) - Supervise the campus recruitment process including liaising with the universities, connection with the shortlisted candidates and making presentations to prospective students at the campuses. - Designing and driving various campus connect program for increasing company's presence in campus - Designing and developing process improvement activities in the area. - To discuss the vacancies with the stakeholders and deciding the hiring plan accordingly. - This position will also be responsible for leadership hiring for the company. Education &amp; Experience: - MBA / PGDBM in Human Resource from a reputed institution.
