- Handle End to end recruitment for filling up open positions for business verticals of After Markets, Industrial Segment, OEM, IT (Information Technology and Information Security) and other support staff for PAN India.
- Responsible for hiring through Self Sourcing (Job Portals and career website), Social Media Hiring, IJP, Referrals and Consultants / Vendors.
- Assessing candidates for technical fitment, behavioral fitment & scalability through CV screening and first level interviews.
- Planning and Implementation of Strategic Talent Acquisition process
- Focusing on cost reduction and optimum utilization of available resources for hiring
- Strong relationship with internal & external stakeholders for smooth and collaborated functioning of TA (Talent Acquisition).
- Continuous focus on process improvisation and implementation techniques.
- Responsible for Campus Recruitment for Plant.
- Ensuring Recruitment Compliance and Process excellence.
- Managing Candidate Experience and Hiring Manager Experience, also an automation Expert (SAP Success-factors).
