Here's more about the role:

- As we scale rapidly, the leader of the talent acquisition team will own one of the most critical components of growth - Organisation Building.

- With a team of 5-6 talent specialists, be responsible for hiring tech, non tech and agri advisory talent for the org.

- You will need to understand org plans and create and implement talent strategies to get best quality talent fast.

- You will also be responsible for handling leadership and other critical positions in a hands-on capacity.

- This role will also allow you to focus on critical pillars of talent acquisition like employer branding, diversity hiring strategies, and campus hiring.

- A chance to work closely with some truly awesome founders and an amazing People Practices team

Requisites:

- 10-13 years of proven experience in hiring great talent

- Off the chart communication and storytelling skills

- Ability to work with multiple portals like Angel.co, Instahyre, LinkedIn.

- Minimum 2 years of managing a team

- Strong data-oriented bent to understand and manage critical input levers to hiring

- Great relationship skills to work across several internal stakeholders like function leaders and external stakeholders like consultants, campus personnel, etc
