- Designing overall recruitment strategy - plan, implement, review and control of the same.
- Developing, implementing & managing recruitment strategies, processes, procedures, system and programs.
- Building strategies around using cost-effective & efficient resourcing tools like Employee Referrals Programmes, Job Portals, Newspaper Advertisements, Job Fairs, Headhunting, Social Networking Sites etc.
- Maintaining high standards of quality in all the recruitment related processes
- Ensure Recruitment Process is understood, agreed and followed by all BU Heads.
- Streamline and fine tune Resourcing Processes.
- Ensure SLAs are in place for all recruitment processes.
