Head - Talent Acquisition

Head India Talent Acquisition primarily responsible for the overall Delivery & Sourcing Strategy at PAN India level.

- Responsible for Creating, Managing and Developing HR processes, for Talent Acquisition for the IT and Outsourcing business verticals.

- Responsible for Manpower planning, recruitment strategies and budgeting.

- Manage and monitor sourcing strategy and manage recruitment costs & efficiency. Act as a strategic business partner by providing thought leadership in strategizing talent acquisition.

- Automation of processes - Streamlining the recruitment activity

- Vendor Management

- Campus Recruitment

Ideal person should have experience spanning in all areas of Talent Acquisition, manage and lead multi-location, multi-functional teams, with a proven track record in designing and implementing major recruiting strategies.
