Head India Talent Acquisition primarily responsible for the overall Delivery & Sourcing Strategy at PAN India level.
- Responsible for Creating, Managing and Developing HR processes, for Talent Acquisition for the IT and Outsourcing business verticals.
- Responsible for Manpower planning, recruitment strategies and budgeting.
- Manage and monitor sourcing strategy and manage recruitment costs & efficiency. Act as a strategic business partner by providing thought leadership in strategizing talent acquisition.
