Job Details :

Location : Delhi /NCR

Nature of Role :Team Management

Division/ Dept: : HR

Reports to :CHRO

Work Timings :9AM-6PM , 5 days , Working from Office

Experience : Talent Acquisition - 11 yrs, Business HR - 3-4yrs

Education : Graduate + MBA in HR from a reputed institution.

Job Purpose:

The Head will formulate and establish end-to-end recruitment strategies and practices. The role is both strategic and tactical in nature . The Head of Recruitment will be responsible for all recruitment functions (Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling and Onboarding) ensuring that we attract world-class talent.. A flexible and exceptionally collaborative approach with the team is essential.

KRA:

1. Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies

2. Recruitment of Critical & Leadership positions

3. Reporting directly to the CHRO , the incumbent will work very closely with business leaders to drive TA agenda of the organization.

4. You would need to leverage team management and recruiting expertise to inculcate strategy to attract and hire the top talent to support business and growth objectives

5. Strong analytical mindset and ability to drive change management

6. Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills
