Key Result Areas -

- To lead the human resources team and ensure that all human resourcesrelated activities are carried out smoothly and effectively by working very closely with Senior Management.

- To devise a very robust Hiring strategy and execute the same in the Private Wealth space to attract the key Talent from the market.

- To Promote MOPW as a brand to work for - especially for attracting Private Bankers/Wealth Maangers

- To conduct Market Mapping exercise for Wealth Managers/Private Bankers

- To engage and work closely with Exisitng Business Teams to ensure productivity and retention of Wealth Managers & support Teams.

- To Drive and implement various Group initiaitves to Business and take regular feedbacks in order to upgrade the improvise whenever and wherever necessary

- Providing overall HR support to the business for implementation of various HR strategies in-line with business requirements.
