- This role will allow YOU to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

- Lead the GP&S team (30+ people) to create a strategic roadmap to deliver on HR's priorities supported by defining process execution, ensuring processes are fit for purpose (efficient and cost[1]effective), controlled, and creating positive employee experiences across processes and systems.

- Understand the strategies as set out by CoEs or Functional Heads within HR and translate those strategies into projects/programmes of work to deliver on people commitments.

- Guide the team to successful prioritization through examination of value/benefits, aiming to deliver value to early and often. Use an Agile approach in this prioritization and (in partnership with HR Tech) in delivery methodology. Define business cases for high-value items and create an environment in which these items can be delivered.

- Lead the HR Processes and Systems side of any people acquisition, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy processes to ways of working.

- Work with the GPOs to define KPIs across value streams, ensuring data and definitions are clear across the function. This will lead to a three year plan to get People Services to an industry recognised Best in Class status.

- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (or equivalent), preferred CIPD qualified, or MBA - Experience leading multi-functional teams including managing senior stakeholders

- Programme Management experience - Strong change leadership experience - Senior stakeholder managements skills and experience engaging business customers

- Ability to stay 'close to the ground' (globally) to understand the 'real' end-user experience and perspective

- Track record of decision-making, celebrating successes and learning from failing fast; also includes a clear ability to delegate decision-making at the right level

- Sound understanding of process simplification and standardization and proven experience in global process roll-out including subject matter expertise in process improvement (e.g. Lean/Six Sigma)

- Excellent leadership and communication skills and the ability to work flexibly within a matrix team

- Possess solid experience of systems and processes, what they can and should do and not do within an organization

- Understanding of service delivery including strategies to shift left

- Broad knowledge across the end-to-end HR processes to support these components

- Ability to understand data privacy aspects of the business process - Ability to think strategically at an operating model level as well as at a detailed process specific
