- Develop banking policies & procedures and ensure proper internal controls and segregation of functions within various departments & within various processes.

- Plan, direct and control all banking operations under the supervision & direction of the General Manager

- Lead the development of the IT platform along with the other members of the management committee in respect to the IT role in the banking operations.

- Ensure that all new products are properly tested and procedures documented before market introduction.

- Ensure that all transaction support systems, other IT requirements are established on time.

- Oversee the NRI Division for smooth operations and efficient growth

- Leads, develops and directs staff.

- Oversee the Administrative matters of all the 4 branches to effectively utilize the infrastructure.

- Analyze the current operational processes and recommend/implement strategies to ensure optimum utilization of existing resources and minimizing the operational risk.

a) Technology deployment as per agreed/budgeted time and cost plan

b) Number of recommendations made and implemented for process improvement and enhancements and ensuring strict IT security measures.

To guide and direct the branches for uniform practices and adherence of policy guidelines without operational losses / risk issues.

a) Develop a close rapport with Regulators and Statutory authorities and ensure smooth & strict adherence to guidelines and audit remarks

b) Quality and timeliness of compliance of regulatory and statutory requirements.

a) Ensure high level of customer service and efficient operations in NRI division and support its business growth/objectives.

b) Support Bank's objectives in Trade finance and correspondent banking business operations and growth initiatives.

- To ensure that an acceptance audit rating is achieved from RBI & Internal/ Concurrent Audit of the areas under purview and closure of high risk audit/compliance observations.

- To oversee the administration of branches and ensure strict adherence to cost control measures.
