Be able to create and drive supply chain strategy.  - Should have experience of handling supply chain teams of 50 +  - Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc.  - Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development  - Manage and execute goals and responsibilities associated with company  - Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics  - Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure and MS Office  - Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities  - Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills  - Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving  - Should love the Agri Space/ farmers / agriculture  - Humane personality  Desired Candidate:   - Supply chain Management 8 + years of overall experience with minimum of 6yrs of relevant experience in running a sophisticated supply chain (strategic sourcing, managing suppliers, industry analysis, contract management, negotiations, and forecasting)  - Demonstrated knowledge of leadership principles and practices, supervision, training, coaching and mentoring, and talent development   - Must have strong financial/budget management skills,   - Strong written and verbal communications skills,   - Strong contract negotiating skills, and organizational strategic vision, and proven ability to work collaboratively and tactfully with a diverse group of people.
