Looking for a Head of Operations - Supply Chain who can - - Lead, manage and grow India's one of the largest food and grocery B2B e-commerce supply chain network ( current 25+ cities, 2000+ employees, 300+fleet, 1m+ warehouse - growing 30% month on month) - Manage different functions across supply chain - operations (last mile/ first mile / fulfillment center/reverse logistics), loss prevention, facilities and admin, logistics and transportation etc to delivery an unparalleled customer experience - Lead an aggressive expansion plan across various parts of the country - involving planning, facility, team set up, training, launch. ( very aggressive launch) - Convert the company strategy into hiring plans, budgetary requirements, execution plans for different functions within supply chain operations. - Liaison with business functions, supply chain planning and design, product and tech for new capability building, continuous improvement exercise across different legs of supply chain. An ideal candidate for this role is someone who has- - Entrepreneurial drive and ability to hustle; fire in the belly to create a differentiating supply chain in the country. Strong desire to succeed and make a different to Indian retail ecosystem - Displayed capability of leading multiple orgs. Experience in leading large, diverse and multi-geographical teams. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of management - Ability and willingness to thrive in an ever-changing, dynamic and fast-paced environment - Graduate/Postgraduate from a recognized institution in engineering or supply chain/logistics or MBA Graduate - 5-10 years of experience in managing supply chain operations ( E-comm / food and grocery will be preferable)
