Head - Supply Chain Operations - FMCG

We have an urgent job opportunity with one of our reputed clients in Chennai for the role of Head Supply chain operations.

We are looking only for Female leaders for this role. (Mandatory only female leaders)

B.Tech & MBA with a minimum 17 - 22 years experience.

Job Responsibilities :

- To devise and implement the strategy for CDA supply chain and support operations within the company matrix environment and ensure that they have the capability required to deliver business plans profitably and to meet and exceed regulatory, customer and other stakeholder management.

- Daily execution of best in class customer service levels and product availability, high quality on time in full delivery and optimal management of human and financial resources.

- Achieve all agreed targets for People (safety, absence, engagement), Customer Service (OTIF, serviceability), Business Process (order fill rate, forecast accuracy, waste management), Financial (OPEX, CAPEX, inventory days) and other metrics.

- Leverage available resources and set the benchmark for project management, planning and execution using Lean, - right first time- approach to eliminate waste and failure.

- Lead the implementation, ongoing management, and effectiveness ofS&OP

- Ensure capacity and capability plans for staffing levels, IT solutions, and outsourcing are timely, cost-effective, operationally effective and support customer requirements.

- Experience in leading operations/development teams for a large customer base for complex and critical systems.

- Knowledge of vendor legal contracts and vendor management skills

- Knowledge of transition and executed at least two transition projects and setting up successful operations team.

- In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (e.g. supply chain, finance, customer service etc)

- Knowledge of Managing budgets and financials Systems, software engineering and Architecture knowledge and understanding in emerging technologies of Cloud, Distributed computing and big data ITSM knowledge and industrial best practices

- A good understanding of CS Fundamentals, Data Structures, Algorithms and Problem Solving
