Supply Chain Head - Modern Trade
Role: The Supply Chain Head (Modern Trade) will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of supply chain management for our Modern Trade division. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in the [Brand/FMCG/F&B] industry, particularly in managing offline partnerships and ensuring the right assortment of goods. The successful candidate will lead a team of supply chain professionals and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to drive efficiency, optimize processes, and enhance the overall performance of our Modern Trade division.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Relevant years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on the [Brand/FMCG/F&B] industry.
- Proven track record of driving offline partnerships and managing the right assortment of goods for Modern Trade channels.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.

Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning: Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives, with a focus on the Modern Trade segment.
Offline Partnership Management: Forge and maintain partnerships with offline retailers, distributors, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure optimal distribution and availability of products.
Assortment Planning: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to determine the right assortment of goods for Modern Trade channels, taking into account consumer preferences, market trends, and competitor analysis.
Inventory Management: Oversee inventory planning and management activities to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing excess inventory and stock-outs.
Process Optimization: Continuously review and optimize supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of products and adherence to quality standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, finance, and other internal departments to align supply chain activities with business goals and priorities.
