Designation: Head Supply Chain - Saudi Arabia Reporting to : Head of Operations Location: Saudi Arabia Team Size: 4 to 5 Member team (will be building his/ her own team) New / Replacement role : New Role Objective: - Responsibilities for formulation and effective deployment of Supply Chain Strategy. - Also responsible for Governance and Risk Management across Supply Chain process of all the units/plants. Key Responsibilities: Supply Chain Strategy - Develop a comprehensive supply chain strategy that involves Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Logistics &amp; Planning. - Develop Supply Chain budget and provide for necessary control and reporting results, variance, recommendations, in areas of SCM responsibilities to Management. - Lead SOP meetings with cross functional challenges &amp; timely decision making - Manage Supply Chain operational Effeciency - Take care of Supply Chain Customer Satisfaction - On top of Documentation - Ability to manage Cost Management - Supply Chain Quality Assurance &amp; Control People Management. Client Requirement: - Candidates who has exposure of working in a Manufacturing setup managing the End to End SCM. The incumbent will be responsible to build the SCM function in the group .
