Job Responsibilities: 1. Spearhead end to end supply chain processes for the organization which includes procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics and distribution. 2. Articulate and drive the strategic and operational roadmap and implement the key initiatives and program ensuring a successful business model. 3. Partner effectively with business, technology, project teams and in identifying, prioritising multiple projects and initiatives. 4. Lead a team of 100+, direct and Indirect, in driving daily supply chain operations. Collaborate with business team in ensuring materials availability, governance, and reporting. 5. Manage warehouse operations of different cities of operations ensuring timely & efficient procurements, stocks coverage, order fulfilment, better working capital and keep total cost of operations under control. 6. Analyse data trends provide actionable insights to key stakeholders for optimization, process improvement, cost control etc. 7. Effective reverse logistics in pushing recovery, reuse, and repair of materials. 8. Identify and maintain relationships with the vendors and partners for efficient and effective procurement of all materials and services. 9. De-risk the organization through identifying parallel/alternate sources for all kinds of procurement 10. Developing and monitoring KPIs for supply chain to assess effectiveness and driving data driven/system driven improvements. 11. Identify and mitigate procurement and supply chain risks, be proactive in supporting business decisions. 12. Institutionalize and drive all regulatory compliance/ norms. 13. Design and drive stringent process controls and governance mechanism amongst internal teams and external vendors/partners ensuring zero deviation. 14. Build and maintain high levels of engagement and performance within the team.
