Purpose of the Job :

- E2E responsibility of health and roadmap of innovation & automation strategy, change management support to Supply Chain across India and Africa

- Interacting with business users and capturing their requirements, defining detailed strategic objectives and connecting with the Organization vision and strategic plan.

- Ensuring hygiene for Supply Chain operations - govern processes for problem management, capacity management, and change management

- This is a leadership position and will be part of the Supply Chain leadership. The role will be required to work with a wide network of cross functional stakeholders to drive the Strategic

Business Agenda.

Key Responsibilities :

- Diagnose, ideate on the Supply Chain processes to create smarter, leaner, quicker processes for business delivery

- Prepare SCM processes, systems and team for the new tax regime as measured by SCM system readiness to transact seamlessly in the new system

- Digitize and automate controls in the end-to- end Sourcing process to render sharper Sourcing timelines

- Automation and simplification of Circle & Network Operations processes across 14 Circles in India

- Own up and drive support on all systems being used for Supply Chain, across various platforms, especially Oracle.

- Improve Africa compliance environment as measured by audit performance

- Coaching support to Africa business teams to ensure sharp learning curve on India Supply Chain processes

- Provide intelligence and process understanding on all Process-related Audits, including certain Group level Audits
