Head - Supply Chain Management - Pharmaceutical Industry

- Native has been mandated to hire a supply chain leader for a global pharmaceutical company with operations in India.

The Ask:

- End to End supply chain Leader who will be part of the site leadership team who comes with API pharmaceutical industry experience.

- Core profiles part of the role - Direct + Indirect Procurement, Demand & Supply Planning, Warehousing + Logistics (excluding EXIM).

Responsible for :

- Driving S&OP process on company level, engaging with multiple function (Franchise and Commercial, Finance, Sites and Quality).

- Standardizing Supply Chain processes at site and above sites and driving excellence by continuous improvement.

- Supporting partnering functions in implementation of strategic plans.

- Defining and implementing the Business Continuity plans for Supply Chain.

- Drives Supply Chain excellence through coaching and mentoring site SCM teams.

- Demand Management: Drive a customer- oriented culture and ensure that the final demand figures are aligned with sales and emerging market dynamics.

- Capacity Management: Regularly update site production capacities.

- Business Risk Management:finding and implementing the Business Continuity plans for Supply Chain.

- OWC Management - Ensure that inventories for network RMs and FGs/WIP meet highly evolved norms and BG/BU targets through sustainable processes

- Procurement - Owns the procurement of Indirect materials and RM

Required Qualifications

- 10- 15 years in a multi- national set up, with a strong techno- commercial focus and responsibilities.

- Graduate / Master in natural science / engineering or management.
