POSITION SUMMARY : - This position will be responsible for the entire supply chain ecosystem at a national level. - This role will drive the entire SCM Strategy framework including processes, best practices, procurement and ensuring that all critical processes are followed. - It entails managing end to end procurement to fulfill all categories and kinds of business needs, along with functions such as Inventory control, demand planning, annual sourcing plan, procurement pricing, distribution, technology integration and compliance management. CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION AND REQUIRED EXPERIENCE : - Should have experience in F&B procurement for a large national setup with proven track record of implementing some best practices and setting up industry standards for the company. - Demonstrated experience of maximizing efficiency and cost optimization in supply chain and improving accuracy and results, bringing about rate efficiencies with vendors/suppliers, and optimizing purchasing strategy depending on the product category or commodity. - Overseeing budgeting & expense control exercises and working on Capacity Planning, Capex requirements and Continuous effort to enhance Productivity to improve Cost and Service efficiency. - Having worked in a technology environment Reporting to : MD Team : National and regional structure Education : Bachelor's Degree / Engineer with MBA (any formal specialization in supply chain will be preferred). Experience : Minimum 25 years of supply chain management experience Currently holding a Senior Management team in QSR / Food Retail, FMCG & Technology led logistics organizations with national footprint. - Proven track record of innovation and improvement - Sound Business and Financial acumen - Collaborative approach to work
