- Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice SCM vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.
- Ensure Customer Service & Planning strategies focus on customer satisfaction by effectively fulfilling customer demands and implementing of other global material management operational guidelines. Lead Inventory management as per Organization requirements.
- Responsible for set up SCM order management, Customer service & Demand planning & invoicing.
- Forecast the demand for all products from the specified product mix and drive supply chain/ Customer service /planning activities for the organization.
- Ensure and manage on time delivery to all customers by working closely with customer, marketing, Sales, manufacturing, and Procurement.
- Define and control Inventory at all levels is per the prescribed norms & Control premium freight at the minimum level.
- Identify bottlenecks, risk to supply & timely communicate information to all stakeholders.
- Ensure efficient warehouse (Both - Logistics & Plant) inventory management as per customer demand fluctuations.
- Improves customer service quality results by studying, evaluating, establishing and communicating service metrics, monitoring and analyzing results.
