Head - Supply Chain - FMCG/Retail

- Develop and implement Supply Chain Planning and Logistics processes and systems

- Review and oversee policies and procedures for material management

- Track key metrics such as On time in full , Lost Sales from Short Supply, Forecast Accuracy, Logistics/ Warehouse cost

- Lead S&OP meetings with cross functional teams to address challenges and drive timely decision making to minimize supply side disruptions & demand side inconsistency as much as possible

- Prepare overall budget for the supply chain operations through reviews of individual sub-function budgets - Planning and warehouse & logistics

- Must have worked extensively in Supply Chain and Operations with exposure in Integrated Business Planning (SNOP, Demand and Production Planning etc.), Logistics and Warehouse Management.

- Contextual industry experience in FMCG/Retail

- B.Tech from a reputed college (MBA preferred)
