Head - Supply Chain - FMCG/F&B

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Adhere to inventory management, procurement of RM/PM & stores

- Keep detailed records, generate reports, and develop presentations to help management to understand the logistics perspective

- Construct healthy relationships within the company and with external clients viz such as suppliers or distributors

- Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues

- Evaluate and report on KPIs

- Read and comprehend legal documents, such as contracts or import/export agreements

- You'll be the central connection to collaborate with diverse teams to identify and develop sustainable logistical solutions

- Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers, vendors, or freight forwarders

- Monitor supplier performance to assess the ability to meet quality and delivery requirements

- Enforce innovative and effective supply chain processes

Qualifications & Experience:

- B.Tech/BBA in related field from a reputed college

- Should have sound knowledge about the industry (F&B or FMCG)

- Should have prior experience as Supply Chain Manager

- Working experience of relevant software (e.g. SAP, Oracle - Mandatory)

- Vendor management & development

- Good material keeping ability

- Excellent Interpersonal skills

- Good communication skills
