Job Title: SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER

The Role:

- Adhere to logistics processes, inventory management, procurement of RM/PM & stores

- Keep detailed records, generate reports, and develop presentations to help management understand the logistics perspective.

- Construct healthy relationships within the company and with external clients viz such as suppliers or distributors

- Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues

- Evaluate and report on KPIs

- Read and comprehend legal documents, such as contracts or import/export agreements

- You'll be the central connection to collaborate with diverse teams to identify and develop sustainable logistical solutions

- Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers, vendors, or freight forwarders

- Monitor supplier performance to assess the ability to meet quality and delivery requirements

- Enforce innovative and effective supply chain processes

Expectations:

- Tier 1 or 2 Business School alumni or B.Tech/BBA from a reputed University,

- Work Experience: Up to 5 years post PG,

- Designation: Manager Level,

- The candidate should have worked with an e-commerce giant at a significant role and at factory/warehouse level,

- Previous experience as a supply chain manager or in a similar field Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes

- The candidate should be open to Travel

- Working experience of relevant software (e.g. SAP MM)

- Should have sound knowledge about the industry (F&B or FMCG) and insights about the operational activities too like (but are not exhaustive to):

- Inventory management

- Vendor management & development

- RM/PM/Logistics cost optimization

- Good material keeping ability

- Excellent Interpersonal skills

- Excellent organizational and project management skills Attention to detail

- A strategic and analytical mind
