Key Responsibilities: - Directing a cost-efficient SCM operation in compliance with company policies and procedures, ISO standards and other regulatory guidelines. - Leading the planning function which includes demand planning, supply planning, production planning, capacity planning across business lines. - Ensure effective supplier evaluation to develop new suppliers - Setting up DCs in new zones - Support R&amp;D on new product development. - Cross functional collaboration within the operation team to achieve maximum output. - Imports handling from Source to Destination - Documentation Preparation, follow up with CHA/customs clearing agents for payments of customs duty &amp; clearance of imports. Planning &amp; Procurement : - Ensure No Stock Outs - Indent Vs Supply is 100% - WET is under acceptable % - Ensure best practices of SC are adhered in planning &amp; procurement - Proper space utilization &amp; planning in cold store to reduce storage cost - Better route optimization of cold vehicles to reduce logistic cost - Overall responsible for Supply Chain Management - Responsible for Fleet Management - Define inventory levels for products, keeping in view space utilization, navigating expiry threats &amp; avoid funds blockage by over inventory of products - Oversee new product launch &amp; LTO's for projections &amp; ensure for no stock loss in case of LTO's &amp; transitions - To ensure proper space utilization in cold warehouse, ensure smooth functioning &amp; 100% supply Vs indent - Ensure products supplied are as per standards &amp; as per norms defined by brands, any deviation not to be accepted - Review daily critical SKU's &amp; guide team to ensure no stocks outs for products - Ensure smooth W/H functioning of Cold &amp; Dry - Preparation, Implementation and Monitoring for all internal controls including budgetary controls of allocated business - Vendor management
