Head - Supply Chain Financing

The company is seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as the Head of Supply Chain Financing. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of product experience in Invoice Discounting and Vendor Financing, with a proven track record of successfully implementing and managing supply chain finance solutions. As the Head of Supply Chain Financing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategy to enhance and optimize financial processes within the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and execute the strategic vision for the supply chain financing function, aligning with the overall business goals and objectives.

- Provide leadership and direction to the team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

Product Development and Management:

- Leverage your extensive product experience to design, develop, and implement innovative supply chain financing solutions.

- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch, ensuring continuous improvement and adaptation to market trends.

Stakeholder Management:

- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including finance, sales, and technology teams, to ensure seamless integration of supply chain financing solutions.

- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and financial institutions to enhance the effectiveness of supply chain financing programs.

Risk Management:

- Implement robust risk management practices to safeguard the company's interests and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

- Develop and execute risk mitigation strategies in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain financing programs and regularly monitor and report on their performance.

- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement based on data analysis and market trends.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in product management, specifically in Invoice Discounting and Vendor Financing.

- Proven track record of successfully developing and launching supply chain financing products.

- Strong understanding of financial markets, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
