Key Responsibilities:

Portfolio Growth:

- Develop and implement strategies to expand the supply chain finance portfolio in alignment with the bank's overall business goals.

- Identify opportunities for new client acquisition and nurture existing relationships.

Risk Management:

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

- Implement robust risk management practices to mitigate potential financial and operational risks.

Client Relationship Management:

- Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, understanding their supply chain finance needs and delivering customized solutions.

- Act as the primary point of contact for high-value client engagements.

Market Intelligence:

- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.

Performance Metrics:

- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of supply chain finance initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
