Head - Supply Chain - eCommerce

- Plan Employee predictive tools and models to ensure close alignment between the Demand- Supply and fulfillment teams on capacities needed to execute against business plans.

- Drive cost efficiency & revenue maximization targets through high utilization of assets and manpower.

- Responsible for month-on-month network planning across categories and geographies.

- Continuously tracks demand attainment at asset level to predict supply/ demand stress and deploys necessary action to manage the same.

- Proactively identifies risks and revenue losses & mitigates them People & Partnering.

- Work closely with the leadership team to build AOPs for the organization and breaks down demand & supply as per verticals/ categories/ geographies.

- Work closely with Supply, Fulfillment & Demand teams to closely monitor projections and manage deviances
